1. Service Definition & Lifetime Scope

"Lifetime Hosting" refers to web hosting server access provided for a single, one-time payment. The service remains active for the operational lifetime of HostNexa's hosting infrastructure, subject to plan allocation limits, account activity standards, and compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Account Resource Allocations & Fair Use

Each hosting plan comes with specified hardware allocation limits (including NVMe SSD storage capacity, monthly transfer bandwidth, vCPU execution threads, RAM memory limits, and file inode counts). Accounts must remain within these defined limits to ensure optimal performance for all hosted users.

3. Separate Services & Domain Renewals

Your one-time fee covers base web hosting server space. Domain name registrations, third-party premium plugin licenses, custom development, and optional managed services are separate and subject to standard domain registrar renewals.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

HostNexa web hosting services must not be used for illegal activities, malware distribution, unauthorized spam email dispatch, phishing, or abusive network behavior. Violations of server safety standards may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

HostNexa provides hosting services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we perform regular weekly automated backups and maintain uptime targets, users are encouraged to maintain independent local backups of critical files.
